Finally some good old-fashion
grumbling AND back to full color!
What more do you want?!
I’ll probably replace the last comic
with a color version for consistency
if I have some time.
You guys are a tough crowd to please!
For anyone who has been looking
at the map of the ship…
The hallway is the corridor above
the cargo containers.
Teb
A change of style for this one to keep things
fresh. I hope you guys don’t mind.
So while Brokk is hard at work
others are getting a bit bored after a few days
cooped up inside the BEAUTIFUL ship.
And Thekki is up and about just in time
to see what Lokhar is up to when there isn’t
enough ale around…
Teb
PS This comic is upgraded to full colour.
But… you can still view the first B & W
sketch style version at the Extra’s Page.
A (somewhat) better look
at the flying brick!
Compact, sturdy and Spartan to make
every dwarf feel at home…
I also imagine it’s quite an old ship.
Repaired and refitted many times over.
Don’t replace what can be fixed and has
proven its worth as a dwarf would say.
But damn…is it ugly
Teb
We love it how you guys are picking up quite subtle
character motivations and quirks just by a stare
or basic body postures!
These dwarves are already starting to develop
a life and character of their own.
And we haven’t even left the introduction chapters
yet!
Of course you want this to happen in any story.
But we didn’t expect it to go this fast.
There’s mention of certain parts of the ship
for reference so I’ll make sure there’s a map of
this ugly little ship in the next few comics to avoid
any confusion.
Teb
A one-panel comic for Tuesday.
That ’ll be easy to finish up in the morning!…
or so I thought ![]()
A late update because of underestimating
the time-consuming effort of putting a dwarf
in her “natural” habitat properly.
Anyway, thank you for your patience!
About the “mystery” of green screens;
I have to admit it’s mostly the combination of:
- a salute to some classic sci-fi movies
- being a nice contrasting color to orange
Teb
Who said it was going to be a
democracy?…
That table was harder to get right
then I thought!
Quite a tricky perspective even it
doesn’t seem that way afterwards.
And enough chunky dwarven asses
for a while don’t ya think?
Teb
Right back to business and to the point!
You thought we’d linger in silly jokes for
a comic or 2 didn’t ya?
Sorry, Stromni doesn’t suffer interruptions
very well…
Another burning question you may have is;
What’s up with those dreads?!
Well, do you see them often in comics?
Have you ever seen a dwarf with dreads?
Have you ever seen a dwarven woman
with dreads?
Exactly
Teb
From one big decision to another…
And from a woman’s perspective to a
perspective on women.
Molda or Pyra…Pyra or Molda.
But why isn´t Lokhar with the rest
on the bridge?
