Which, in a way, is pretty hard to do when
your entire cast is drifting helplessly
through space.
But we’re nearing the end of Chapter 2 and
Chapter 3 will introduce loads of new stuff.

It almost looks like a Ninjabread comic!

I intentionally used a table very “similar” to the one inside
the Sasquatch to emphasize the difference in technology
while in the meantime looking eerily recognizable.
Well, that was the idea…
You’re probably blinded by all that pink
before you even notice!

A chance to draw a dwarf in a space suit?
Why, yes! Thank you very much for the excuse!
And no, this isn’t in response to some comments
from the Tuesday comic.
We had already planned this outdoor excursion.
Because… well…
friggin’ dwarf in a SPACE SUIT!

And for anyone who’s thinking; “what a pitiful
little antenna!”
Brokk had to make do with what’s on board.
He tried his best.
Give a dwarf some slack.

National holiday yesterday and we had waaaaay
too much fun with friends and family…
This shouldn’t eat into comic making time in an
ideal world but it does in the real one I‘m afraid.
So today’s comic is more a quick follow-up
to last week’s comic.

I even snuck in the reason for this little detour…
who would have known it fits perfectly
into the beardy bastards theme?

fresh souvenirs!

Originally the plan was to jump right back
into some onboard action and tension.
But was persuaded to add this comic
for an extra overview of the situation and
smoother transition from all the space
drama.

I sometimes forget it may get a bit unclear
when alien fleets, unknown planets
and drifting space coffins are concerned…

While the effect on the planet may be exaggerated
to be instantly recognizable from a space view…
I imagine the planet to be stripped clean of
biological matter and not literally consumed whole.

Seemed already dangerous enough for our
small heroes.

As if they’re disgracefully but effectively being erased
